Services Offered
High quality architectural services can be performed in a
conventional manner, or abbreviated to match a smaller scale
project or budget. To maximize design quality, we often use
a unique process by which two distinct alternative designs
are generated. This maximizes client participation and
encourages input into the design process and enhances
decision making.
Basic Services
Site Planning to verify that Client and Regulatory
requirements are met, in addition to maximizing any site
amenities such as views, orientation or special features.
Preliminary Design which incorporates the design process
described above and verifies that Client spatial,
programmatic and budget requirements are met.
Design Development incorporates changes or refinements, and
evolves major aspects of the project that helps expedite
Client decision making.
Construction Documents includes specifications for the
project, and sufficient detail to help expedite the
construction process, to minimize change orders and
additional, unforeseen cost. Documents can be abbreviated,
depending on the nature of the Client and scope of the
project.
Bidding and Construction Administration follows the project
through construction and serves primarily as quality
control. It can incorporate shop drawing review, progress
and pay request review, observations and field reports. This
service can be abbreviated or deleted, depending on Client
preference.
Supplemental Services
The firm draws from a wealth of previous experience in a
variety of capacities.
Master Planning / Site Analysis can help determine the
feasibility of a project. We can assess the suitability of a
particular site, analyze compliance with regulations and
ordinances and estimate development cost for single- or
multi-family residential, as well as a variety of commercial
use types.
Interior Design includes space planning for models,
including casework and finishes. This service can include
extensive material and finish selection including window
coverings and artwork selection.
Renderings / Graphics for advertisement, formal
presentations for municipal approvals or to help market the
project are available in a variety of venues. Graphics for
project identity, signage, and logos for a subdivision or
development is also available.
